Natalie's Pasta Salad

1 pkg. rainbow pasta, cooked and cooled

Cut up the following in small pieces

1 C carrots
1 C celery
1 C cucumber
1 C onion
1 C green pepper

Dressing, mix together well
1 C cider vinegar
1½ C sugar
1 – 2 Tbsp Basil

Add everything together and chill before serving.
