1 Can chickpeas/garbanzo beans (15 oz)
2 Tablespoons roasted garlic
1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon oregano
Process all ingredients in a food processor. If it is too
thick, add olive oil in 1/2 teaspoon increments.
Serve garlic roasted hummus with hot pita bread, pita
chips or vegetables.
